- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
